Angela Morey leads our Friday Women’s Only Fitness Class (7:00–8:00 AM) with a realistic, supportive approach designed specifically for busy women. A 26-year-old mom and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Angela understands firsthand the challenges of balancing family, work, and personal health—and believes fitness should fit into your life, not compete with it.

This women-only class focuses on building strength, confidence, and overall fitness through practical, effective training methods that don’t rely on extremes or fad trends. Angela emphasizes sustainable habits, balanced movement, and training that leaves you feeling energized and empowered to take on the rest of your day.

Whether you’re returning to fitness, looking to build strength, or simply want a positive and welcoming space to train, Angela’s Friday morning class offers a supportive environment where women can show up as they are and leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally.
